We where told the rooms were non smoking and the room we got put in someone had snoked in. Got our room changed and the new room had red stains on the sheets and there was a used bar of soap in the shower.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Starkville by IHG
Stay was wonderful. Room WAS spotless, appeared to be new. White ruffled-type bedspreads, quality amenities in the usual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mascara remover, etc., iron, microwave, refrig., etc. Loved the shower.
