Excellent hotel, great value

Excellent hotel, but staff at desk are totally rude, and need to go on a course of how to be helpful and friendly. They let the whole hotel down.

The hotel from hell. They say check-in is from 4pm which is already quite late, but don’t expect to get your room key until 6pm. Chaotic queues at check-in and it took people several hours before they got their room keys. Apart from that the hotel is run-down, tired and untidy. Certainly not worth the price. In the end we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. We were only too happy to move on in the morning.

Le stanze per soggetti diversamente abili non vengono riservate ma messe a disposizione di chiunque senza che questi non vengano messi a conoscenza preventivamente. Il disagio del pensiero di aver potenzialmente privato un disabile della possibilità di alloggio ci ha accompagnato per tutto il WE e la struttura non ha proposto alcuna alternativa. Riteniamo scorretta e non inclusiva questa policy volta solo a far cassa a prescindere dalle possibilità che offrono le camere accessibili a persone diversamente abili.

Ottima posizione ma rigidità nei servizi

La posizione della struttura è ottima per l'accesso alle piste, peccato per la rigidità nei servizi e per la struttura un pò datata che non rispecchia le foto. I servizi che non ci sono piaciuti: 1. Armadietti porta sci/attrezzatura a pagamento. 2. Centro benessere che non è un vero centro benessere, c'è solo la suana ed è pure quella a pagamento. 3. Procedurà di check-out molto rigida, il check-out è imposto alle 10.00 e alle 9.59 avevamo lo staff davanti alla porta a bussarci per chiedere quanto mancava per liberare la camera. Visto il prezzo del pernottamento mi aspettavo maggiore flessibilità e comfort. Siamo rimasti un pò delusi.

terribile check in coda impressionante più di un'ora dalle 17 alle 18, con solo due persone al bancone, mai fatto coda simile in nessun hotel del mondo, posizione comoda per sciare, colazione e pulizia nella norma, al medesimo prezzo vado altrove perchè non si può un tempo simile di attesa per avere una camera già pagata in anticipo.

La struttura é datata e si vede, le camere avrebbero bisogno di una sistemata. Nella nostra stanza entravano spifferi d'aria gelida, la pulizia approssimativa, ascensore spesso rotto e fasi 7 piani a piedi non é il massimo.

Colazione molto varia e buona, metterei delle macchinette automatiche per la caffetteria per limitare le code e qualche tipo di pane in più. Dimensione camera e bagno ok, letto non molto comodo, tutto datato anni 80/90. Hotel dotato di molti servizi, compreso bar con musica un po’ troppo alta per l’aperitivo. Di fronte agli impianti sciistici e a due passi dal centro. Nel complesso ci tornerei.

Albergo un po’ vecchiotto ma si sta bene. Bravi i ragazzi dell’animazione. Cibo a buffet un po’ caotico con scelta varia. Qualità nella media. Vicino alle piste , ma purtroppo si deve fare una scalinata per arrivarci.

Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione continentale a buffet sia dolce che salato ottima ed abbondante, la cena si paga a parte 30€ cad. ed anche questa ottima e con tanta scelta, l'unico appunto, a mio avviso si potrebbe migliorare la qualità del caffè utilizzando una miscela con maggior quantità di Arabica. La camera era ben riscaldata, pulita e riordinata ogni mattina, nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Good place except for the air scent freshener

It was hard to find in the dark as the hotels.com webpage for the hotel did not have a good picture of the outside. The address on the webpage which I copied into Google Maps, did not bring me to the hotel! The condition of the hotel was fine and the buffet breakfast was expansive with lots of selection. It was good. One major complaint I have is that they used an air scent thingy in the room on the radiator and that bother me. I only stayed the night, but any longer I would have put that thing in a plastic bag and open the windows to air the room out. It made my nose run. For people sensitive to scents, watch out.

Ottima posizione per sciare ci ero già stato altre volte anche nella gestione precedente. Però adesso la struttura che era essenziale in termini di comodità è diventata spartana. Le camere piccole lo sono sempre state ma adesso il servizio bar è estremamente limitato, la cena che sarebbe comoda in hotel è a self service (comodo) ma di qualità molto economica. Praticamente inesistenti i secondi. Simile livello anche al mattino a colazione con croissant che finiscono e yogurt anche scaduti. Insufficiente. Personale molto gentile ma impreparato a gestire i clienti. Al ristorante assalto ai tavoli ed al cibo senza alcun rispetto. In tutto l’hotel compreso il ristorante e gli ascensori angusti le mascherine sono un optional. E nessuno fa rispettare le regole. Peccato perché potrebbe essere ottimo come ers prima. Ma oggi mal gestito

Struttura piuttosto vecchiotta che richiederebbe della manutenzione sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Ottima la posizione rispetto agli impianti di risalita. Costo della cena sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità del cibo. Pulizia un po’ carente.

Esperienza pessima. Prenotazione camera matrimoniale per due persone per la durata di una settimana con soltanto la colazione inclusa. Primo giorno : check in, dopo aver aspettato un'ora per avere le chiavi della camera, entrati in camera, la stanza era sporchissima, come non fosse mai stata pulita. Lenzuola con peli e capelli attaccati, polvere dappertutto, doccia con ancora il bagnoschiuma versato sulla base della cabina. Secondo giorno: pulizia giornaliera, cambio asciugamani, ci vengono lasciate asciugamani ancora sporche di feci, ciò viene fatto presente in reception, ol quale prima cerca di incolpare noi per quanto accaduto, poi ci assicura l'imminente cambio di asciugamani, che non avverrà fino al giorno seguente. In tutto questo tendo a precisare l'assenza di organizzazione riguardante sia l'hotel in generale, sia la ristorazione (per non parlare della ski room a pagamento, ovvero una sorta di ripostiglio per sci e scarponi ). Per cinque sere, abbiamo dovuto pagare la cena 30 euro a testa, per mangiare ripetutamente sempre le stesse cose, cosa valida sia a cena che a colazione. Inoltre il personale della sala, al di fuori del maitre MANU, persona eccezionale, di cuore e competente, erano poco disponibili e sprovvisti della conoscenza della lingua inglese, tanto da non saper rispondere alle domande postegli dai clienti stranieri.

Tornata per la seconda volta qui ma non mi sono trovata bene Zero pulizia. Il bagno non era stato pulito, c’erano dei capelli e ancora uno shampoo aperto dentro la doccia. Moquette sporca. Letto scomodissimo, ti danno solo un sacco a pelo quindi fa freddo. Nessun servizio Mi dispiace ma c’è tanto da migliorare Unica nota positiva la colazione dove però mancano i cartellini ai prodotti e dunque non si sa cosa sono
