"Great stay, hotel in great location, lots to do and places to eat-staff was just ok, we had to wait 3 hours for check-in, meanwhile we waited in the car and saw families getting checked in before us, every time I checked in, they said sorry we have no rooms ready-when I asked about the other families being checked in before us and that we had a very long travel and were exhausted, just got looks and nothing else only the reminder about how check in was at 4pm. No explanation as to why others got...

"Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. "

"The breakfast buffet was very good, although I was under the impression it was included with the room, but I obviously misunderstood. So breakfast was $50 for 2 people. You can order from the menu instead, which we did in day 2, but it was still $50. If you are a big eater, it's worth it. You do get a lot. The bar is very over priced too, but that's what you get from a hotel bar. Pappadeaux is right next door & drinks were $3 less. We did order food from the bar as well & it was very good....

"The room was clean-ish. Bathroom was clean but there was hair on one of the beds and black rocks on the carpet. The refrigerator and two of the lights didn’t work. The air conditioner worked well. Not a bad stay but I probably won’t go back to this hotel."

The grab and go breakfast, must be gone by 7;30am... only coffee available @8am I will read details on app better"

"We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...
