"📍 Font Andorra Hostel by Nexta – La Massana, Andorra 🇦🇩 We had such a great stay here! At first, we were a bit unsure because it’s a hostel, but it completely exceeded our expectations. From check-in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized. What we loved the most was our city view room—it was so beautiful! We could see the town and even the snowy mountains through the window, which made the stay extra special 🏔️❄️ The shared kitchen was also a big plus—very clean, well-equipped, and convenient. The location in La Massana is perfect, close to the cable car and easy to explore Andorra. Overall, everything was excellent—from service to room to facilities. "The good points - large rooms, helpful and friendly staff with easy access to the ski lifts and lots of parking places. Staff great at noting diary free/allergen menu options. Bad points - food in the buffet was plentiful but a bit bland. Beer was poor and my son got food poisoning. Not great"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the staff — they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The dining experience was below expectations, both in terms of food quality and the availability of plates during busy times, which made meals less enjoyable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor on the left side of the 4th floor, making it difficult to work or stay connected. Despite these issues, the kindness of the staff and the overall comfort of the hotel made it a nice stay. With improvements to the food service and internet connectivity, this hotel could offer an excellent experience. I would especially like to thank Andrés from the bar for his excellent service throughout our stay. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly, attentive approach made our experience even more enjoyable. The experience for the kids was outstanding — truly top quality and highly recommended for families. "
