The room was great, everything was really new and clean. The staff that takes you to and from the airport, were very kind and my introduction into my room was great, but my issue with my stay was the fact that there was construction being done on the entire building and in numerous rooms surrounding. there were multiple times during my stay where I would be awoken by extremely loud construction noises. I was also not aware that I would be staying in a building separate from all of the restaurants, gym, and grocery store. Though it was only a short walk to the main building. It was still an inconvenience. I was made aware once I got there that I was not provided gym access because I didn’t book through the website, even though that was not made clear whatsoever. I contacted staff to resolve this issue, considering the gym amenity was very important to me, and my text was ignored. I was told that the pool in my building would be done with construction during the middle of my stay, but construction never concluded. The room itself was really nice, but I believe a lot of the website is false advertisement. It was just across the street from the beach, which was very convenient. They also provided beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towel towels. Overall, I’m just disappointed with being placed in a separate building, poor customer service regarding the gym, construction throughout my entire day, and the unavailability of the gym.
