"During my stay the gal at the front test checked me in gave me my key only to find someone in the room she assigned me to. No apologies nothing. Just gave me a new room like nothing ever happened. I will not stay at this location again."

"The carpet in the room was dirty. There was a real bad odor coming from the sink drain In the bathroom. We reported it on our first night there and no one ever came. The air conditioner did not work but it was completely replaced by one of the one of the maintenance personnel at the hotel. He did a great job and it was really appreciated. Also, the safe in the room was not set and was not able to be used."

"This is a great hotel for the price point, but I would not recommend it. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that requires you to pay to park in its parking lot. Making matters worse was the fact that the $32 fee did not guarantee a legal parking space. Many of the patrons parked in the fire lane or created their own parking spot. And the Main Street with ALL the food and shopping just 2 blocks down, The hotel itself is super charming and beautiful! No complaints here The entire stay was uber relaxing and picture perfect."
