"Great experience for a quick night!"

"Very disappointed with this hotel!!!! We booked two rooms with two queen beds, but when we arrived, the front desk told us they only had one room with two queen beds. They said Expedia sold a room type that the hotel did not have available. Our second room had only one queen bed. The second room also had a bad smell, and the bathroom was dirty. When I reported it to the man at the front desk, he seemed annoyed and uncaring. His attitude made me feel like I should be grateful that we got...

We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. "Beautiful Hotel! We had a suite and it was so comfortable. Only complaint is shower very small but it had a huge jet tub. Overall very happy with everything. Restaurants in walking distance plus their on-site restaurant Char. We dined at Ciao which was around tge corner and highly recommend it."

"They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping.
