"Under a remodel, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The Placery was a unique experience. Limited menu and not at all a restaurant experience. Morning breakfast was ready to go at 6am with great variety and surprisingly good coffee 😃"

"The hotel and staff were great.
The pool was green and did not look safe to swim in.
We also took a blanket out of the closet that was all frayed and looked like it should have been thrown away years ago. It was clean but did not look nice."

"Nice, cozy, clean hotel, with a nice bar and restaurant.
The only drawback is having the swimming pool in the middle od the dining area, it was noisy to have breakfast/coffee in the morning. During dinnig times I believe the pool should be closed.
Otherwise the its a great hotel to stay!"

"Stayed here twice & we enjoyed it both times. The breakfast is expensive, but they do a good job. Beds are very comfortable & we had all we needed. The shuttle from the airport is awesome! We will definitely be back."

"The location across from mall of America was amazing!! Has 2 great restaurants attached that got up on both and great food!!! Continental breakfast in morning had lots to choose from and had all the ad-ons to make it very yummy!!! If going for clean and very nice start to breakfast, and location to Mall of America that place is beyond!!! Couldn't believe how affordable it was being so close to shopping!!! But kinda huge drawback is they were way too busy to enjoy their pool or hot tub.... I'm...

"The staff were waiting and had everything ready for our late arrival. The room was clean and room temp was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was basic but most places don't offer it at all anymore. We weren't there for very long but had no issues."
