The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but newer hotels are built that way; construction costs are outrageous. Staff responded to an evening call to check on hair appliances that may have been left turned on; checked the room to make sure they were off.

Was a good hotel and convenient to the airport. Hotel needs a little work done to it, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast.

Sandman Signature Plano - Frisco Hotel
Excellent hotel staff. On check in day (3/19/26 around 10/11am) I can’t recall the front desk staffs name during that time, but he was amazing and I was handled with care. I will definitely return.

Soka Suites Dallas - Las Colinas
The staff were super nice but there was not breakfast like we were told there was. The handicap shower flooded and got water everywhere! The people above were super loud and I notified front desk and was told they would switch us rooms and it never happened!
