"Clean room ,breakfast and service was great"

"The hotel was awesome! Stayed an entire week due to complications with our RV. The hotel was very clean, served breakfast in the morning, provided for any needs, and allowed our pet to stay. The stay was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying there for anyone traveling or just getting away."

"The hotel was ok. The bathrooms were excellent. However the rest is old. The carpets were severely stained. But it had signs in the lobby stating a renovation was coming. So that's great because it is in need of a renovation. For the amount they charge for the resort fee. It should definitely have more to do when you walk around the hotel or in the hotel. A bigger tv would be nice for the amount of money, and more tv channels."

"Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

"Not a great hotel , really dirty"

"As expected for the price. Check-in host was great. Room had used tissues in the tissue box, seal-broken and used hand lotion, a used Zicam on the nightstand, a broken Roku remote, no blanket, just a thin topper, and the neighbors were thumping their music so loud at 12am that we had the call the desk. Clerk was very nice and had the music stopped quickly. They do offer some staples for breakfast, but I wouldn't count on it being fulfilling. GREAT Mexican restaurant down the road, next to a...

"We booked online we put that we had a pet. Two days on our stay there I get a call while out w/ family saying I need to come back and get my dog for barking. They try to say I snuck my dog into the hotel, I had proof that we paid for her because the staff was even playing with her throughout the two days there was no issues and when I told her I was with the family at an event I just paid to get in, they said if I did not pick my dog up they were going to call the cops and have them come and get...

"House was nice. Televisions were small but it was a good stay! Also not actually ocean front."

"We stay there from Tuesday - Saturday and no never clean the rooms, fixed bed, empty trash, change out towels, cloth and etc. each day. I had to take towels and etc. down to the laundry in order to get clean ones. I had to empty my own trash each day and ask for new trash bags. I had to take my own trash outside and put in the trash bin outside. That’s where the desk clerk told me to put it."

"Everything was great . The pool was a little small. And the only thing I didn’t like when checked out they said will email the receipt. After an almost a hour drive still no receipt. But the motel itself was great."
