"From the very first moment to the very last, everything felt genuinely wonderful. We’re surrounded by Michelin starred spots at home, yet The Grosvenor’s food doesn’t just keep up…. it outshines so many of the places on our doorstep. Dinner was beautiful, breakfast was a delight, and the coffee was pure happiness in a cup. "Stayed in the manor house although checked in at the Club reception. No restaurant open, just the Club cafe, which was disappointing. Huge room and huge, comfy bed with large bathroom."

"I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available."
