"Online pics showed a room with a desk but mine had only a bench and small low table. I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. They just stared at me blankly."

"The room was clean, but rather cramped for our family of three. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. The staff was helpful, but the hotel was very busy. Although it was nice to have laundry facilities for guests to use, the machines were small, and frequently in use."

The food we had there from breakfast to dinner ramen and pizza were amazing. But the best part was the size of our room and the views we wake up to everyday for 6 amazing days. "The location was very convenient & in a quiet area. Just around a 10 minute walk from Otaru Eki. A 5 minute walk to the canal. There's a Family Mart across the street from the hotel. There was also a cute little shop selling mochi and manju nearby. I loved how the hotel was in a historic building. The bathroom was spacious & modern. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Would definitely stay there again."
