Great location. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The room itself was clean but there was quite a bit of wear and tear with the property and the room. They only had 2 elevators which were slow during peak hours. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Absolutely amazing stay right in the center of The Bund. It’s across the street from the ancient historical garden and right tin the the luxurious area of Shanghai. The hotel also offers a free photoshoot, which is really fun and a unique experience. The Photographer and his Assistant are great and you will leave with some incredible memories. Shout out to the incredibly polite cleaning staff! They do a fantastic job of keeping your room and the premises clean.

The best thing going for this property is its location. The rooms were not particularly clean and staff and housekeeping seem disorganized. We would return to our room with missing floor mat for the washroom or dirty towels. Of the 4 nts at least 2 our room was not cleaned until late afternoon. Breakfast is pretty good but the tables were often dirty and there is often lack of glasses or mugs for drinks. The elevator is a major issue in the morning and evening when guests are checking in and out.

Amazing stay! The Hotel is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is indeed the best part, very good food with a very nice restaurant and the staff is always very nice. This hotel is excellent. Its location is great both close to the Bund with its river & impressive buildings. Most can be seen from the hotel. Also by Yu Gardens which has shops stalls & food venues. Our room was amazing 2 rooms. Bedroom with sliding door to a large wide terrace with 2 comfortable chairs. Enormous TV. Bath area large free standing tub. Large walk in shower with 2 shower heads. Incredible cleaning toilet. Luxury bathrobes. Hanging area & storage. Full fridge with complementary water & soft drinks. Tea & coffee facilities too. Highly recommended

Overall it’s a clean and comfortable place. Nice staff, nice chief - awesome breakfast Things not perfect: With the price of $200+ a night, I expected my room a bit bigger. The restroom is a bit smelly. The elevator is too small and slow and runs inefficiently. No shuttle to the airport.
