I recently had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao. The location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast offers great choices. Special thanks to Spawn Li, whose service was truly outstanding. From check-in to every request, Spawn was warm, professional, and attentive. Spawn even wrote taxi directions in Chinese for me, which was incredibly helpful. This genuine care made my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you, Spawn Li, for your excellent hospitality and kindness! The gym and pool are also nice. I look forward to my next stay.

I would like to thank the incredible staff for making the stay welcoming. Spawn Li was incredibly attentive and helpful. He made the check in process easy and made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and felt brand new. The selection of pillows allowed me to adjust to what I found comfortable.

It is extremely warm welcomed stay! Tina helped us a lot and help upgrading to a suite without asking! This is not a normal holiday inn you will get anywhere else in the world. The whole staff team really bring the service to another level. Good pool and gym also. Location wise super close to the hongqiao airport. Awesome place to stay overall!

The room was especially comfortable, I have been on beds in China that were hard, but this was very comfortable, the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant. Plus, many of the staff spoke English, which was especially good for us. Special shout out to Yolanda and Joy who made our stay special.
