The location and view of The Bund was fantastic! Family Room was not as large as we had thought based upon photos. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry facility is very handy however just 2 x washers and 2 x dryer we did have to wait for others. The staff assisted us as we had to use dryer overnight. Was greatly appreciated.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. All the staff including Mu was very helpful right from our check in and until our check out on our final day of our stay. Helped us to book our taxi to the airport as our flight was early morning so she pre booked taxi for 5 am in the morning. The choice of breakfast was very good. We booked the room with panoramic view of the Bund and really pleased that we made the right choice and got amazing view of the Bund from our room window.

Location wise, this stay is tough to beat. Being in the The Bund is ideal for anyone looking for convenience and a great view. Staff here are fantastic, super friendly, helpful and know English as well. The room was clean, spacious and you get an amazing view of the river and skyline. The room itself is great as well, everything you'll need and overall very aesthetic. Small inconveniences to know are that the lobby isn't on the ground floor. You'll need to show your reservation to the staff that's working in the lobby and they'll let you in. Which again isn't really a big problem as the staff are super helpful but just something to know. Overall, if you need a location in The Bund with great staff, this is hard to beat.

Great location to reach the Bund, Yu Gardens, Nanjing Road on foot. Hotel staff were super helpful and patient with the language barrier. They assisted with booking airport transfer and ordering fresh fruit via online app that required a China phone number. Traffic in the area gets very busy in the evening, especially weekends - bear this in mind if you are taking a taxi back from outings - getting dropped off a few streets away and walking a few minutes might have you tens of minutes stuck in traffic. Laundry facilities are in the same room as a few exercise machines next to the reception. Breakfast selection changes slightly daily and includes a decent variety. View from the room over the bund was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay in Shanghai, and the highlight of this hotel was undoubtedly the location. Our room overlooked the Bund, with easy access to the shops, river cruises and transport links, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. The room was clean and modern, although it was on the small side. The large coffee table next to the bed and the fridge made the space feel even more cramped. With three suitcases, we found it almost impossible to open them without putting them on the bed, which was quite inconvenient. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, but with only one of each drink provided, it wasn't particularly practical for two people. The hotel layout was also a little unusual, with reception on the 7th floor and guest rooms up to the 13th, while the rest of the building was occupied by other companies. Although the hotel is advertised as a 4.5-star property, the overall layout and feel didn't quite deliver the sense of luxury we were expecting. Overall, the location is excellent and really makes this hotel worth considering, but the room size, layout and little details let it down slightly. A great place to stay for exploring Shanghai, but perhaps not quite the luxury experience the star rating suggests.

The room was comfortable and the shower was great, there was tea making facilities however there was no teaspoon. Position of the hotel was excellent as it was across the road from the Bund. I honestly will recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very helpful with the language barrier we manage to use google translate and so did the staff breakfast was delicious, and our room had the river view and we can see the Oriental Pearl tower. Beautiful sunrise from our room. It’s located right across the river where you can walk to the Bund. We also walk to the local restaurants and other shops near by. I will stay here again. Thank you staff for your smiling face and always helpful when we needed it. Also the security are very helpful . It’s very secure there is a guard on the first floor and you have to use your key to get in the elevator. Thank you again💞
