"Conrad Shanghai deserves 5 stars! We arrived in Shanghai very early, and although our room wasn't ready yet, Rick was incredibly helpful checking us in and storing our luggage so we could start our day early. When we returned in the afternoon, Ivy assisted us with the room check in and Thena helped retrieve our luggage. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly.
The hotel's location was central, right in the middle of Nanjing Road, so it couldn't have been more convenient. The breakfast buffet was very impressive, and the room was clean and beautifully appointed. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer!"
