"I start the evening by arriving, only to have them tell me that they have my information, but I never paid for the room, even though I had my bank statement showing the money was taken out. Needless to say I had to pay double. I had to wait a few minutes before going to my room because an employee was finishing up her dinner, but it's ok because she apologized if the place smelled like food.
