"There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. We were expecting the same old traditional motel room set up and instead we got a huge upgrade for the same price. They not only accept pets but expected us to have one with us like that's just what everyone does."

"The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle."

"Dominque was amazing through the check in process. And the gentlemen/and young lady this morning was also helpful. I do applaud that they were all professionally put together as you don’t see that quote often anymore. The rooms were nice and clean. The only downfall was it confusing connecting to the WiFi. I would suggest using your hotspot."

"Best part beds were comfortable and clean, the pool was nice too. As a disclaimer, the hotel did say that guests with pets would get smoking rooms. But the property is smoke free. So that means these rooms were in the past used as smoking rooms and you could still smell the smoke. So if you don’t mind a property that needs work, but the beds and towels are clean, this is your place."
