"Everything about this hotel is perfect and it’s why it’s the only place I will stay for the Tupelo Elvis Festival. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works to your specs, the shower is great, the breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly. That last part might be best of all - everyone from the desk clerk to the housekeepers to the breakfast servers are very, very cordial and make you feel welcome. Please keep it up, you are appreciated!"

2/10 Terrible

"I booked two rooms thru expedia when traveling through Tupelo not knowing it was a packed weekend in that city. This was not our choice of hotel, it was the only rooms available in the city and we would be arriving at 10pm. In my room I unpacked and was getting settled when I saw 3 roaches in 3 minutes and also roach poop on the box springs. I promptly packed back up and went to the front desk and turned my key in. They had no other rooms. I checked with my traveling companion and their room was ok. I went and slept in my car. I have the name of the night desk person and she gave me the card for the day supervisor. When I got home I got with Expedia for a refund but they haven't responded to Expedia. Now a week later I am disputing the charge."
