The hotel is in the middle if Naama Bay but it was very quiet and peaceful inside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice. The amenities were explained for well. I preordered my breakfast the night before from one of several set but flexible menus. It was delicious! The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were a...

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Great facilities and very helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants - all good, Hama was our favourite. Two downsides for us - Spa was excellent but very expensive - given location of hotel, not feasible to access alternatives. Also at this time of year, it can be windy which makes snorkelling and diving from hotel difficult. Overall - thoroughly recommend.

This is a really good hotel, very friendly staff. Kitchen staff really accommodating.

Just back from a relaxing, sunny stay at the Mirabel club. I asked for a room with pool view and sunny balcony, no problem we had a great view and sun all day ( ask for left hand side if you want this). The staff could not be more helpful and welcoming, and worked hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. All three hotels have lovely reception areas, the Park had especially beautiful decor. The hotels are kept clean and gleaming by an army of very industrious staff. Beforehand my wife and I...

I spent 7 nights here with my 6 months pregnant wife as an all inclusive package. What an amazing experience! All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We are both vegetarian and dont consume meat, fish or eggs. The staff at the restaurants were wonderful in arranging special meals for us by customising items on the menus or making something completely off the menu. This was for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The rooms were spacious and very clean and housekeeping is...

This hotel does not disappoint. Very good location, design, build quality, amenities, food and drink, cleanliness, friendly staff, great service.

We really enjoyed our stay, from the arrival at 3.00am when the manager upgraded our room to a suite. From the attentive service at breakfast time to the general politeness of all the staff working there. The gardens and pool areas were so well looked after, and again, really lovely staff. But the best part is when you swim over that reef and discover the amazing underwater world just outside your bedroom, the spectacle is amazing and makes all the holiday We have been touched by the feelgood...

Great large resort with plenty to do. Lovely pools, friendly, helpful staff. Nice little bars dotted about the resort. Good variety of food but is repeated quite abit over the week. We often ended up going out for dinner. All inclusive is a good option, especially if you have alcholic drinks.

We stayed here between 7th sept - 14th september. The resort really is a 5 star restaurant with lovely restaurants to dine from. We enjoyed going to the souk restaurant every night for dinner. Like a little bazaar where you are given a bag of coins and you take it to the cuisine you want to order from and pay with the coins. They have performance every night. chef ahmed is a friendly guy and makes lovely stir fried noodles! The resort has a spa facility it was beautiful and enjoyed my...

The staff were very welcoming. The reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. As for the location...just stunning...with a coral reef knee deep off the sandy beach and full of amazing fish. I’m not one for the extras, but the on-site professional photo session with Alina was a real plus.

Had lovely stay for 2 weeks. Staff helpful and friendly, good food, nice service. Planning to come back next year

This hotel is great, it is close to the beach and the a very short walk to the centre of Namma Bay. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and all have a view of the pool or the gardens. The room decor is slightly dated but that's not a big deal. The staff are very friendly and chat to you. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay in it again.

I will recommend this hotel to families and couples. The hotel is huge and has a beautiful beach with great evening entertainment. The animation team was excellent. The food is average, the staff are nice.
