"I would have to say the icing on the cake for me is that they put out wet floor signs and yet there is literal pee and spilt drinks right beside the sign. Let's discuss the rooms. The beds were made and had mattress protectors on them, which was a plus for us. However, the countertops, desk, and nightstand were not cleaned or wiped down. The floors had wads of pet hair all over them, and some type of mysterious liquid had spilled everywhere. The TV had "cable," which did not work. When staying...

"Bearly had hot water for showering, towels were laying on the bathroom floor when we walked in, light bulbs were burnt out in the room, could've used a couple more bath towels. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows were thin."

"Great place to stay in Bowling Green. Far, far away from the dreadful Scottsville rd. The bed was comfortable and plenty of tv channels. One thing I didn't like was how cold it was with the air conditioner blowing on anyone sleep who slept on the right side of the bed by the ac, The bathroom was very well stocked with essentials, and the shower was amazing, We would definitely stay there again."

"The ice machine was broke the last time I was there. They replaced it this time and this one was broken. I was there 5 days and was never able to get ice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises were clean."

"People moving furniture above my room woke us all up at midnight. Could not go back to sleep. Quiet time starts at 10. Don't all a whole family to check in and midnight and rearrange furniture for 45 minutes. Then started again in the morning woke up to moving furniture again. Called front desk and complained. Worst stay at a hotel that i have ever had as far as noise."
