Roaches in the refrigerator. Dirt and hair in the bathroom. No hot water at all. Expedia says this is pet friendly. It is not. Our dog had to sleep in the car. The worst part was finding roaches in the refrigerator. So gross.

Stain, maybe blood, on themattress which could be seen through the sheet. . Door to room wouldn’t closae properly. Ran out of body soap as I was showering Ran out of Kleenex. Only one caffeinated pod.

No pool, elevator, and the room smelled unpleasant. Ask the staff about partial refund but was told because I went through a third party it was not possible. I would not recommend

I am sorry for any problems that you had. The elevator is down right now we are working to get it fixed. We do have a pool but it is outside and closed for the season. Unfortunately we can not change the price or give discounts on prepaid reservations through 3rd party like Expedia.

There is no working elevator. The front desk clerk says it hasn’t worked for nearly a week and it breaks often. So we had to carry our suitcases up three flights of stairs.

The room was unacceptably dirty. The sheets were not clean and there were dead bugs everywhere. The staff however were fantastic! They were able to change our room and made sure the new room was clean. The front desk gave me a email for management but they have not responded.

No wifi and inexperienced front desk no wifi
Not clean floors dirty. Rooms smell strange, no wifi even after i told them how to fix it(i'm a Systems Engineer). Receaved no help from inexperienced front desk attendent. She was swampped with people needing help and she was having to call someone on how to help each person/issue. Perfect customer centric person but just needed training on what to do for all issues.

The staff was nice and helpful, but the family is way overdue for a major cleaning. The hotel had been previously updated, so it was in the current styling. I visited 3 rooms, each having very dirty carpets in need of shampooing, and air conditioning that smelled funky and not fresh. One room had a vomit stain on the floor and literally smelled like vomit upon entering. I actually had to clean the shower drain of a huge hair wad because the water was backing up, and this was a better alternative than trying to find another room that wasn’t as bad… Room chair had dried butt matter on it… I got the air freshener so I could rest better…

We were awaken at 10:30 p.m. on our first night with a lady trying to get in our room who had a key to our room. We always lock down our room at night so she was not able to get in. I had canceled our last night of our reservation but this was our first night of the reservation. Other than that it was a pleasant stay! It was quiet a scare.

Good service, room smelled not so great
The service is fine, the breakfast looked great. My room was pretty clean, but smelled terrible....I thought maybe it was just because air was up high and so maybe it was just stale smelling. I went to dinner hoping that cooling the room off would help, but not really. I had already gotten all of my stuff unpacked or I might've asked to change - I was tired and didn't want the hassle. I have stayed there before and chose it again based on my last experience - it's very conveniently located for me. I might shop around though
