"When we arrived for check-in we arrived 3 1/2 hrs after the check-in time and our room wasn't even clean. The bed sheets were not changed and the garbage wasn't picked up. The toilet seat had human feces. We notified the front desk and they went out of their way to change our sheets, take care of the garbage left behind and clean the restroom. "Humidity in hotel was at least 100%, smelled Moldy and musty in the room. Mold in ceilings and in bathroom. 5 Dehumidifiers were in the first floor hallway alone. The Heater/AC wasn't working properly in our room #105, it was so humid the floor was sticky with moisture and the linens all felt wet, bedding all layers too, even tissues in tissue box. I have asthma, was hard to breathe. I would have left if it would not have been such an issue to get refund from Expedia. So much rust on...
