"The view of Hood Canal was gorgeous! Took many pics from the balcony. Room was very clean and neat. Many towels. Cozy beds. Advertised amenities were all there. Plus coffee and shampoo. Updated color decor. Quiet. Peaceful. Relaxing."

"The personnel are incredible. From the front desk to the g.m. and operations manager. 5 star resorts do not have more professional talent. The rooms are very clean, the WiFi is fast, and the cable worked great. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. You get a lot for a great value."

"The room was nice and the beds were really comfy, the only issue we had is that we requested for a room near the elevator and got no response from the hotel and had the furthest room from the elevator 🙄. Would return since its a convenient hotel to family and very quite- easy access from the freeway!"

"Staff were nice and room’s were clean overall but some of the amenities weren’t working like ice machine on our floor, our TV, and Wi-Fi was spotty too. For waters or bottled drinks, there aren’t any vending machines on the room floors so you have to ask for them at the front desk. It’s located in a convenient spot in downtown Tacoma with the T-line station and bus stations being very walkable."

"The staff was friendly, easy checkin- and checkout. Being disabled, we had a floor unit which was easy to manage. After leaving we noticed that my cane had been left behind. I called and asked about having it sent to me C.O.D., Management carefully located it, and returned my call. They sent it and did so without any charge. I greatly appreciate their kindness. Genuinely referring anyone that is traveling thru Shelton to book into the friendly Shelton Lodge."
