"The staff was very nice
The nighttime desk clerk was very helpful and made check in very easy and fast. VERY SAD THE POOL IS NO LONGER OPEN FOR THE SUMMERS WHEN WE COME BACK TO MOUNT JACKSON VA. They can do a little more for breakfast and have real coffee all day. The machine they use is cold after 2 minutes. Other than that everything is great. "

"Got there and was no reservation in the front desk for me. Even I had the confirmation number. They said they don't used Expedia it was stressful.next time even I have a confirmation I going to call to be sure. I did got a room but with a lot of hassle :("
