"Lobby is ok. Outside roundabout areas unkept. Rooms are REALLY BAD for what we paid per night per room!!! I was VERY disappointed. I’ve stayed in much cleaner, newer hotels in Houston IAH area for much cheaper. I’ll never stay there again. "

"Broken latch in washroom (cant lock the washroom), all essentials like body soap, lotion, shampoo etc were all empty and the TV was also barely working (not an HDTV and had a blueish haze on the entire screen). Towels were also not great and had yellowish tint."

"The pictures never look like the actual place of course. The room was kind of old looking. We had to call several times in less than an hour to get towels because no one came up to clean. I asked the lady who came to bring towels can she can the room and yes someone came in but the only thing I noticed done was the water. They brought us 2 bottles of water because we had drank the first set. Yea so I will not be returning. I do not like hotels that do not clean my room for me to dine to clean sheets"

"The pictures posted on the listing/website are misleading. I know pictures have to be touched up, but those pictures were not an accurate representation of the actual property. Driving up, the property looks old and outdated. We were skeptical but wanted to give it a chance. Walking up to the front doors felt like they have high crime issues or a need for more oversight around the area. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptional and his customer service was outstanding. Probably the only good thing going for the property and why we gave it a chance. The lobby, elevators, and hallways need updates and a good cleaning. Entering the room, same vibes; they need updates. The bathtub in our room was halfway filled with water. It wasn’t a special request or very welcoming. The receptionist at the front desk said the faucet leaks and they are supposed to check the tub every other day to ensure the drain plug isn’t down. We requested a new room as we weren’t sure the last time the tub had been cleaned. The next room, no drain plug for the tub and there were used bandaids on the wall. We quickly exited the room and requested a refund for our stay. We aren’t the type of family who requires the nicest hotels around. We want comfortable and clean. Outdated doesn’t bother us. But we couldn’t allow our young children to stay in a place we didn’t feel safe or clean. "
