"A day where the room cleaning was done with no replacement of towels n our mini bar n tea bags.Not realizing it my husband shower n have to clean up with face towel. Room was dark n out dated shower still using curtains which is so cheap for Novotel when the rates are not low. "

For travellers to Hongkong, the hotel is just 2 stations away from the Luohu terminal station. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Shenzhen."
