"Clean and attentive service. lots of amenities and food options across the hotel including a family mart and lawson. close walk to the subway. didn’t do breakfast or meals because there’s so much to tokyo. multi lingual staff are great and luggage service was reassuring"

"Have not tried the breakfast yet. Just next to Kabukicho, many restaurants nearby and very closed to the Shinjuku Station and its underground shopping streets, with many shops and restaurants, too. Overall, the hotel is within the bustling area of Shinjuku (Kabukicho). It is very convenient in transportation, food and drinks, entertainment and shopping, etc., even at the night. On the other hand, it is quiet and clean with the hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to feel the city live in Tokyo."

"They kept our room clean daily, gave us water in room, nice bathroom amenities, 7-Eleven downstairs, nice restaurants…the staff was helpful in helping with luggage forwarding. Beautiful view of Tokyo Metropolitan Government building also! I’d stay here again :)"

"Loved this location. I had a wonderful view of Shinjuku and the room was comfortable and perfectly sized for me. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooftop bar is a great experience. Don't be deterred by it's location, as some reviews allude to. It is close to the adult entertainment area, but I felt perfectly safe walking alone at all times of day/night. Close to Golden Gai, which was perfect for me to experience local nightlife and meet some amazing people. A 15min walk to Shinjuku Station so easy access to all of Tokyo. I loved my stay here. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel was perfect for our 5 nights in Tokyo. The location was ideal, right next to metro station and also a short walk into the centre of Shinjuku for shopping and food. The room was really nice and a good size, but there was only a few hangers to store clothes and no wardrobe so we couldn’t really unpack and the room started to feel quite messy. We were disappointed at the lack of housekeeping. You could put a magnet on the door for them to change the bins and swap the towels but they didn’t change our sheets or clean the room for the whole 5 nights. We probably could have requested this at reception but we kept forgetting, so I didn’t think it justified knocking a star off the rating as overall we had a fantastic stay."
