"Check-in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am and asked if we could check in so that we could start exploring the city. The room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave the baggages at least which was great. They also helped us with a rental vehicle to the airport. This is a budget friendly place that provides basic needs and is very close to Shinjuku Station and at the center or everything."

"- Excellent location - Bad smell in the room (it was a 'smoking room, but the bad smell was something else, coming from the floor carpet, not cigarette) - Most importantly: the room was sold as a twin-room. We were 4 people, the 2 beds were considered to be double beds... But in fact no way they were big enough to accommodate 2 persons each. Consequently, 1 of us always needed to sleep on the floor (without additional bed, as it was not provided by the hotel despite our request). For...

"Location was great for Shinjuku. Place is very cozy. It is comfortable for a short stay. Dryers are inefficient and no place to dry the laundry on longer stay. Bathroom is adequate but if you are over 6’ 2” be ready to duck. At my height I had to bend knees to shower or my head would hit the fan."
