"チェックイン時にスタッフ不在。連絡先が書いてあるものの繋がらない。ネットで検索して系列の宿(？)に電話が繋がる。今から行きますと言われたので、待ったけど来ない。 1時間経っても来ないので痺れを切らして再度電話。「今向かうと言ってたんですけど…もう一回連絡してみます」と言われ…どれだけ待ったか覚えていませんが、やっと来た。「倉庫で作業していてー連絡繋がらなかったみたいでー」寒い玄関で震えながら待ちました。先にご飯を済ませておいて良かった… どんな安い宿でももう少しまともな対応してくださります。こんなこと初めてでした。"

"If you can afford the extra get a room with a view .We didn't and had a lovely view of the car park. We were also there on a holiday weekend (Which we were unaware of before arrival) and made the mistake of not booking dinner months or weeks before our arrival so the restaurant was already booked out for the two nights of our stay. "I cannot stress how much I recommend this hotel enough; the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The owner, Kosuke, was so cool, accommodating, and sweet.
