"Needs were super comfy, room was spacious and had a Gulf view. The pool and hot tub were both available and clean, with clean towels. The breakfast was good, good selection, (could never find that trash can though lol). Only issues we really had were the thermostat (buttons didn't really work and it was freezing) and the shower temp and pressure, and the overflowed trash bins. But we had a great time, and enjoyed our stay there 😊"

"Check in took 30 minutes. Staff was either incompetent or payment system compromised. Asked to swipe numerous times for deposit after it had cleared my own bank. This place was gong show."
