The staff was friendly and the overall stay was very good. I agree with some reviews I read about the breakfast quality being poor. The warm food options were not warm on either of the mornings we were there. The did have a microwave so that was nice.Overall id stay there again.

Customer service is lacking. Bed very uncomfortable. Staff seems to tell you all the things you can not do. We felt questioned and judged before we even stepped into our room. I would have expected a warmer welcome and a friendly greeting. There are other less expensive hotels in the area, next time we will try one of those.

I would definitely stay at this Inn again, however the breakfast was terrible. The pork sausages tasted like they had been sitting in water for a prolonged period of time, the eggs were tasteless and luke warm and dried out. Coffee was good The facility was great though- it's too bad that I couldn't give you a "5" for everything, but the food brought the overall rank to 4. Sorry

We come here to the hotel once or twice a year from northern Michigan because it's a great family hotel. No alcohol allowed so that makes me feel so Much safer to let my grandkids go to the pool & basketball room without worrying so much. The bkf is amazing also.

Liked that it is close to the BlueGate theatre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had 2 recliners!! Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean! We will be staying here more often when we come to Shipshewana.

Beds are not comfortable and the mattress is hard as a rock. The breakfast was awful. The checkout time was 11 am. The place was clean but it wasn’t easy to sleep and the pool wasn’t very big
