"Hotel is good. Room is very spacious and our view is very good. Bathroom has all The basic bath amenities. Only downside is the sewerage smell from the toilet. The hotel Chinese restaurant, Tho Lee, is excellent. They serve all you can eat dim sum for lunch fantastic."

"The place was clean, and very nicely furnished. While there is no carpark on site, there are nearby carparks that are inexpensive. The bathtub was a little slow to fill, but could maintain water at a very high temperature. The Nakata hangers they provided were very beautiful and I decided to buy a set for myself when I returned to Tokyo."

"さすが老舗です。スタッフさんの対応は素晴らしかったです！一点、気になる点がありましたので、レビューさせていただきます。 レストランでの店内飲食は通常どおり営業しており、多くのお客様が利用されていましたが、客室へのテイクアウトやルームサービスについては「コロナ禍を理由に現在は対応していない」と説明を受けました。 しかし、店内では多くの方が食事をされている状況だったため、その説明には少し疑問を感じました。部屋でゆっくり食事をしたい宿泊客もいると思いますし、特に妊娠中や体調が優れない場合には客室で食事ができる選択肢があると助かります。 サービス方針であれば理解できますが、「コロナ禍」を理由にされるのであれば、現在の運用との整合性に違和感を覚えました。今後のサービス改善に期待しています。"
