"We were passing through Cody on our way to another location..we figured we would get an inexpensive room for the night as we anticipated being exhausted. The young person at the desk was friendly and informative. When we got to the room it was in need of updating but for the price that was to be expected. What we didn't expect was to find blood on the sheets We promptly left, got a refund and stayed at another hotel.. Perhaps just an off night.. but in all traveling we have done..I have never...

"The desk clerks we're super nice. The beds were comfy. And I really liked it that our room had a window facing the mountains and I could hear the creek when I had the window open. The room was reasonably clean. Now for the unpleasant things. After being out adventuring in Yellowstone, we found that a really bad smell was coming from the bathtub drain. The next evening we noticed that the smell could be smelled in the hall. Not good!!! The wifi was nearly useless. No phone service period!...

"I spent 20 years traveling in third world countries and had to be adaptable to varying degrees of conditions. This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Unlivable conditions and unacceptable standards. The smell alone will make you turn around and walk. Dirty rooms, hair everywhere, urine stains on the sheets. The property flooded a few years ago and the carpet has yet to be replaced. Stay home or sleep in your car. This place needs to be condemned."

Located on the main strip( just outside the surprisingly small city of Cody) The hotel was clean,bed comfortable and the room was quieter than expected given its proximity to the rodeo. I would absolutely stay there again My only concern was that the wifi was spotty at best"

"The altitude of 8400 feet made it difficult to breathe. Additionally, the drive up the hill on a dirt road was difficult to negotiate."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the fresh pancake station at breakfast! It was such a fun touch, and the pancakes were made fresh and tasted great. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything stocked and the dining area clean. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
