Excellent property, very clean, friendly, quaint. We rented the 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and are highly satisfied. There are several vignettes outside where you can sit and enjoy wildlife and nature. The room was very nicely set up with every thought about your comfort and needs. From the kitchen appliances provided (coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, etc.) to the games ranging in a variety of ages. The owner is a lovely lady who takes the time to get to know her guests and takes a few minutes to chat with each one. We will definitely be back!
We stayed in the 'Tree House', which is the second floor rental in the back of the property. Even though the property is on the main road, it was very quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch which has a table/4 chairs as well as a love seat, and since we were on the 2nd floor we had privacy while on the porch. (The Tree House is the only 2nd floor room). The room also has a full kitchen. There is no AC but we found that the nights cool off fast enough to not be a problem at all. You can tell that the owner Donna has spent a lot of time decorating, lending a cozy cabin feel. She also was very helpful with info regarding bike rentals and restaurants. If you want a comfortable and very clean accomodation that isn't a generic chain hotel, then the Tree House is a great choice!
Nice place quaint. Donna was an exceptional host. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. This will be my new home away from home every time I go to Pinetop! Thanks!
Our stay was nice. The staff was courteous. Only negative thing was the hot water ran out after two showers so the other two did not have a hot shower.
Friendly staff, clean room, older facility but well-maintained. Mattress would have been a bit soft for heavier people, but we were fine. We would stay there again
Nice quiet Inn, very clean and we just loved Donna, the owner.....and her dog Faith.

convenient local....visiting friends
Donna was lovely, and accommodating...didn't know we couldn't use CC...she let us mail in the payment upon our return home...booking agent (you) did NOT indicate "cash or check only"...this needs to be corrected.
As for the place itself...a bit "tired", however, room was (as) clean (as possible given it's run down condition)...bed was comfortable...NO A/C...hardly room to turn around in our room (two queen beds). Parking lot not paved and difficult to navigate pulling in/out....overall, not my ideal place.
My wife and I had a very relaxing weekend in the Tree house room. The place was VERY clean, the owner
( Donna ) was very nice, friendly, and caring. We plan on staying here every time we come back to Pinetop.
Forget the Big Hotel chains, this place beats them hands down,,,,,,,,,,,

The owner/operator made this stay a wonderful and memorable one. Donna was very welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at home. It sort of looks like an old rustic motel, but it has the feel of a bed and breakfast (but no breakfast). We had the "garden room," which is a 2 bedroom unit, set back from the road. One thing to remember-- cash and checks only. No credit cards.
I stayed in the "Victorian" room. Donna, the innkeeper, was very helpful about recommending places for dinner and breakfast, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was filled with decorative touches in the Victorian style; might be a bit much for some people, but I didn't mind. Each room at the small inn (a converted older motel) had a different "name" or theme--would be interesting to see what they all look like! Well-located on the main street in Pinetop, with shopping and dining close by.
Donna and her family go out of their way to make you feel right at home. They give a feel that has largely gone from anything larger than boutique bed and breakfasts, and they do all of this without charging an arm or leg. I'll be back!
The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. She did everything from offering suggestions on things to do, to making sure that we had everything we needed. She was great, and the place was everything we needed it to be.
