It was quick and easy check in ! Customer service was great ! Wish breakfast wasn’t so early ,with more options or more food provided for late risers .Other than that it’s awesome .

The outside and inside looks nice at first. Not ONE ive machine worked. The gentleman that checked us in was so rude. The water pressure was so bad it was a little trinkle that took over 10 minutes to even get hot. 2 coffee makers in the room neither one worked. I would not waste my money again at this place

We come from Richardson Texas an got a room an couldn't go anywhere where else because all rooms was booked so we stay at the del mar airport in Shreveport La an it had bed bugs an I took pictures an showed the front desk manager so the can give me a refund on the room an they said I have to go thru Expedia
