I liked the stay but there are hidden fees. There was an extra $15 resort fee and they put $100 hood for extra expenses on my card. I would have liked to have known that up front. I probably would have stayed anyway, but might have planned differently if I had known.

The room was nice The casino was not lively, actually thecone across the street was much nicer. I had a great experience at the cafe on Thursday night. But Friday night was a whole different experience. The employee on Friday night made ya feel like you were a pain in her . Had she been there on Thursday night i would have not made a second trip.

This is a clean older hotel that could use a little updating but the very staff was very friendly and the food was great. Our only compliant is that the hot tub was cold, other than that it is well worth the money.

The room was very nice and clean. It had a really fresh smell. I slept better than I have in a while. The bed was soft and comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms. Will definitely be back again. Checking in and out was easy.

Very dirty and run down. Our room was awful, the AC didn’t work it was hot all night long, the shower drain wouldn’t drain properly, the bedspread had stains on it. It was not a pleasant experience

My stay at Sam’s Town Hotel was wonderful! I got a beautiful, well-kept and clean room. The staff was amazing, and I truly enjoyed the weekend entertainment. 🎶✨ I will definitely stay there again!

The room was nice and spacious but the bed and pillows were so hard it was like u were sleeping on a board so we didnt get good sleep at all me and husband tossed and turned all night, we also didnt care for the casino itselfvit was out dated didnt have many newer games and very small.

Every staff member is so very kind and attentive but the old hotel could use a freshening up. There is a Resort fee imposed to everyone regardless of use or availability on top of the regular room price incurred daily at time of this review it was around $15.75 I believe. The staff cannot adjust this if booked through a third party like Expedia.

The room was ok, wish the bathroom was a walk in shower but it was clean, so that was good.wish room had bottle water but we went to the casino floors and gamble so we were able to get water. I didn't like the fact that you get to the smoking areas before the non-smoking section, the smoke gave us headaches. Not plenty options for food, but we get around so that was ok.

I’m just going to say the problem was that we had to have a walker that my husband uses. Way too much for someone on walker. Hotel won’t let you use the one wheelchair they have unless they push you to your destination and then you have to call them & get them to come back to push you to your room. Otherwise, you can pay $45 per day for a “scooter “? Seriously not handicap friendly! The cost of the room and the cost of the resort fees, which get you nothing for are way too much. Rooms need updating and staff needs to be more handicap conscious. It’s really pathetic that people have to go through all the stress of trying to get from parking garage and bags into hotel without valet or anyone to help them? The parking garage is scary and has lots of potential for theft and etc…no security at all! Across street from hotel so really inconvenience for walkers or handicapped person. Yes they have a walk across on 3rd floor but long ways off. Harassing people at front of hotel wanting to “take your bags for you” and don’t even work there ? Why is that allowed? Won’t be staying again. Also slots are a joke and can’t win even on penny or quarter or whatever! It’s got them set to only loose and whole place needs updated . 😱

The rooms were very clean but out dated. Blow dryer didn’t work but we didn’t call for another one. No cell phone connection anywhere in the rooms. Had to go back to old school and buy a block adapter. The a/c motor was out and it was hot. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. We asked if we needed to stay just in case we had to change rooms and they said no it would be fixed. We were gone a couple hours and it was nice and cool. Would stay again.

The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly BUT the service at the cafe was incredibly slow, the casino is tiny, the elevator in the casino sounded like it was going to break ( I have severe mobility issues and still took the stairs to get back down rather than get back in that elevator), and they haven't had valet parking since covid. We ended up taking an uber to another casino to enjoy our night. If you are just looking for a comfy room to sleep in this was fine. Other than that you will likely be disappointed.
