However, my major complaint was that I wrote to the hotel after my husband realized that he had left an eye mask at the hotel, and there was NO reply from the hotel at all. "The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. Strange bathroom where the bathroom door doubled as the shower door.
