"The place was not kept up. There was no breakfast. The elevator didn’t work. The bathrooms weren’t very clean. Plenty of parking tho!"

"While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

"Breakfast was delicious - eggs, sausages, croissant or English muffins, cereal, pancakes - the works. Much nicer than the "Continental" breakfasts many hotels have. Hotel staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and the staff member even upgraded us to a room with a hot-tub! (This was GREATLY appreciated after I got us lost on a hike and we ended up walking over 7 miles for 6 hours while birding, and our sore muscles NEEDED that hot soak!) The room was clean and...
