"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"Daiichi Ryogoku is easy to reach by train when you fly from Haneda, and the hotel is just next to Ryogoku station, 7Eleven and Family Mart is just in front of the hotel which is good for buying some items when needed. The Skytree view is beautiful fron this hotel."

"Nice and comfortable hotel. Nice to have the breakfast option. The Kyobashi train entrance is directly in front of the hotel so it was very convenient. Roller blinds on windows allow for dark rooms which is great for a good nights sleep."

"We had a really great stay at the Remm hotel in Akihabara the staff was wonderful. A lady went out of her way to help us book an other hotel in Kyoto. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. One thing was no room to store luggage’s or clothing "
