"very very surprised and disapppointed that both Fairfield and Staybridge Hotels have VERY LITTLE First Aid Supplies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk associates didn't know where they are kept and when they found (20 mins later) the "kits" - they were extremely - extremely limited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This definitely needs addressed! Thank you. fyi - needed gauze pads and tape - none available!"

"Very clean at these Holiday Inn breakfast is better at other ones I have been at. Staff was OK. The Night Shift guy was a little stressed with someone else. Not sure why we wanted to get water and he was frazzled."

"We have stayed at lots of Hampton Inns. This one was the worst by far. We asked for a quiet room on a high floor away from the elevators and they gave us a room that failed all of our requests. We were given a room right opposite the elevators on the first floor and on the highway side of the hotel with trucks roaring by all night. The whole building shook when certain trucks passed. "This is an old motel, things are simple and room is small. While not a spa it is clean. There is good air conditioning, a frig, freezer, microwave and tv. It’s right next to rt 41 but quiet. Good night’s sleep. "

"Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible. "
