"The hotel was nice, the staffs are friendly and accommodating. The flight sucks it’s not the hotel fault it’s Expedia, the airport they send us is in Surigao another island so we have to ride a boat for 2hrs to get to siargao and another to go back to Manila and we got no help from Expedia and the airline, not going to book again thru Expedia they suck."

The lush gardens, the beach, the ocean, the pool, the spacious eating area/restaurant, and even the sunrise and sunset - they all seemed at our exclusive beck and call! Thank you to the owners and the staff at Retreat Siargao Resort for making our first trip to Siargao truly memorable. We will be back and take more friends along with us when we do!"

I left my keys 3x on the door handle and my room was never opened . If you get there , talk with the owner and learn the history of the hotel . "It was a wonderful place to stay the amenities were great the food was pretty good The service was typical Filipino or as a restaurant go they could do a little improvements on that. But it was really a great place to stay Mike the owner is very nice I talked to him for a while and everything that was great. We stayed in room 213 which is the best room there It has a balcony that overlooks the ocean the pool restaurant and beautiful sunrise and sunset"
