Great atmosphere. Helpful, friendly staff, especially Umit. Clean and efficient hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. And the pizza chef made delicious pizzas.

Old hotel but excellent food, drinks, good service

Old hotel but excellent food, drinks, good service & location. Hotel is generally attracting older guests from Germany, Russia, UK. Good price to quality ratio on condition you don't pay more than 80 EUR/night (All Inclusive). A solid 3* but not 4* - basic rooms with old TVs but good beds, bathrooms & efficient A/C - water only in minibars - only 1 small working lift for 181 rooms - medium quality evening shows - limited music by the pool - very limited sports activities - basic, no frills swimming pool - indoor pool & night club closed (mid October) - nice garden but looking like Northern Europe (pine trees instead of palms) Rather ugly Beach Bar (1* out of 5*), open till 16:30 only ! - only beer & soft drinks available, no cocktails or ice cream - poor food choice & quality compared to the hotel itself - no water sports included in room rate - dirty toilets - no Bali beds

Das Personal macht die Unterkunft einzigartig. Es ist wis eine große Familie. Durch die FTI - Pleite musste das Hotel extrem sparen. So war das Essen sehr, sehr mangelhaft. Jeden Tag absolut das Gleiche. De Koch hatte keine Phantasie. Bei 3 Wochen Aufe4, eine Herausforderung.

Kulinarisch wird in den Foren so oftmals von Gästen bemängelt und als nicht als weltbewegendes angeschaut, doch hier im Hotel Labranda Excelsior ist es das pure Gegenteil, Hier wird man als Gast von kulinarischen Meisterwerken richtig verwöhnt. Das Essen wird so liebevoll, geschmacksvoll und deliziös zubereitet, dass man mehrere Teller essen möchte. Vom Personal, zum Zimmerservice, Sauberkeit, Organisation, gepflegten Aussenpool mit Garten bis zur Strandbar oder eher Restaurant ist Alles extraordinär. Aussergewöhlich Kundenfreundliche und sehr erholsam. Das all inclusiv Angebot war für uns das Beste um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu geniessen. Einfach TOP TOP TOP

Not as expected

The hotel is a bit old and small compared to the surrounding hotels, no much facilities, no aqua park pool is small, the beach is far (600m), parking is small and congested. But in general cleanliness is good, staff are friendly.

Otel genel anlamda eski bir otel ,90’lardan kalmıştı. Ancak temizdi. Geldiğimiz döneme bağlı olarak 60 yaş üstü Alman turistlerin geldiği bir otel . Havuz büyüklüğü ,plajın konumu çok,iyi . İlk giriş welcome bankosu çok guler yuzlu .Garsonlar kibar ve temiz . Ancak yemekler kalite ve lezzet olarak 5 üzerinden 3 . 4 yıldızlı bir otelde çok daha iyi kalitenyemek beklerdik. Çeşit olarak iyi ama lezzet olarak maalesef iyi değil.plaj snack bar daha lezzetliydi. Örnek olarak ,taze fasulye yapılmış konserveden yapılmıştı. Çorba için kroton da kalmış simitler yapılmıştı. Geri dönüşüm için olsa da simit görmek istemeyiz.Yemek konusı maalesef 3 yıldız otel lezzeti ama çeşit olarak 4 yıldız segmentinde . Ancak lezzetsiz olunca çeşit bir işe yaramıyor maalesef. Fiyat performans açısından tercih edilse bile ,bu otelden 1000 TL daha fazla 4 yıldızlı çok daha iyi oteller var demekki kendilerini geliştirme konusunda yetersiz kalmışlar demek. Biz iki gunluğune haftasonu aktivitesi için gelmiştik 1 haftalık tatil ,balayı için tercih edilmez, beklentinizi çok yuksek tutmaz yemek olmasa bile pide pizza yerim sorun değil derseniz fiyat perfomans beklentinizi yukseltmezseniz konaklayabilirisiniz.

Leider wurde nach dem Essen nicht gefragt. Hierfür vergebe ich 3 Sterne. Außerdem wurde das Abendbuffet schon ab 20.30 Uhr abgebaut obwohl es bis 21 Uhr Abendessen gibt.
