"Nice comfortable clean smallish room. The breakfast was fine, affordable (12 euros) and convenient but the dining room when I get there was filled with dirty dishes, they were slow to bus tables. In their defense, I came to the breakfast room at 8 right after the morning rush. The lobby is a bit basic, but there was a place to sit and work or recharge your cell phone while you waited for your room to be ready. "The property itself is very dated and could use some renovations. It looks like an old hospital or dorm room from the 1970’s with variegated floor colors. Paint on walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Showers are leaking onto floor and some lights not working. The cost of the room charge is too high for the condition of the property. The cleanliness of rooms was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"Great hotel & awesome staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. It is about 10 min walk from Duomo. They also supply water and snacks at no cost to the guests. The room is very clean everyday. The breakfast were also excellent for the price. We enjoyed staying for 10 days. "

"Personal ist super nett und das Hotel hat alles was man braucht und einen coolen Vibe. Viele junge Leute, unter anderem Studenten die dort wohnen. Das Fitnessstudio und die Rooftop-Bar sind wohl das Highlight des Hotels mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf Florenz. "

"My only complaint was there were no power sockets at both bedside cabinets which is very unusual as needed for charging phones, cameras etc, had to unplug tv on sideboard opposite bed to use socket and also buy a travel adapter as there was no usb port, there was one thankfully in bathroom for styling tong, bedroom was very dated."
