Me and my son stay here every time we visit siem reap The staff are very friendly the breakfast is great and the setting amongst the coconut trees is very relaxing. The swimming is good. The only issue we have this time was the lack of hot water.

Great hotel and great staff. If there were any cons it would be that it's a little far from the city centre (but a short $2 tuk tuk ride), and the private pools were a little cold (but could be the time of the year we went). Would definitely stay again.

I always get a warm welcome when staying in siem Reap at the Apsara Greenland resort. The pool is lovely the gardena are lovely and there's even a pool table. Highly recommended.

Beautiful quiet boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. A great base for exploring. Lovely rooms and great pool. The lonly small pitfall was laundry was overpriced and had to send back to rewash as they didnt do a great job - even the second time it wasnt great.

Very nice

Very nice place, but could use a good thorough cleaning and some small repairs. Then it would be 5 star all around.. Staff friendly and helpful, and the pool area as well as private pool was really good. Quite many mosquitoes, and it would be an upgrade if they had nets. When cleaning they changed all the towels, not only the ones at the floor. They should change that. We had a really good time there, travelling 2 adults and 3 kids.

Le climat humide et très orageux a malheureusement été pour moi décevant mais ça ne change rien à mon opinion favorable concernant l'établissement,un peu à l'écart du centre ville,comptez 30 minutes de marche pour atteindre le pont et le marché ! Sinon,attendez vous aux concerts de grenouilles, crapauds et autres bestioles exotiques le soir, à savoir si votre sommeil est léger !( Boules quies à prévoir)

Remarkable service

The hotel staff provided the best service, they helped us a lot with the transportation, there’s free tuktuk to Main Street. The room was clean and comfortable, we even enjoyed a massage in the hotel. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!:)

Lovely oasis in SiemReap

A lovely oasis in dusty and humid, but beautiful, SiemReap, Cambodia. Everything about the hotel was awesome, specially the kindness of the staff. Its concept is green and eco friendly, I loved the details, plastic free bottles and toiletries and even the bamboo straws for your drinks. Just a dead insect found inside the room when checking in and the whole stay I still saw it being there, but I guess there are some things you cannot control ( I am always aware of bugs because I am scared of them)

최고의 선택, 시엠립 시내에 있는 호텔 예약했으면 후회할 뻔 시내는 오토바이 소음과 먼지로 잠을 잘 수 없는 환경이었지만 이곳은 편안하고 조용하고 휴식과 숙면에 최고 호텔 직원도 매우 친절하고 전용 툭툭도 저렴하게 이용하고 아침에 주변 시골 마을 산책하는 것도 좋았음. 다음에 다시 시엠립 여행을 한다면 이곳에서 머물고 싶음.

部屋が汚い。 プライベートプールも汚い。 ヴィラは、外階段でヴィラの意味がない。 家族の部屋に行くのに毎回部屋を出るのが面倒くさいからヴィラ選んだのに、逆にストレスになった。 朝食は料金に含まれてたはずなのに請求された。 部屋で出発の準備をしていたら、なぜかスタッフの方が勝手に入ってきて、部屋のチェックをし始めた。 まだチェックアウトの時間でもないし、チェックアウトの手続きもしないのに。ありえない。 こんな感じでイライラとトラブルが続いたから、すっかり朝食のことを言うの忘れてしまった！ 値段には合わないホテル。 ただ！フロントの方やバーの方は本当に愛想良かった！スタッフの愛想がなかったらこのホテルに泊まらず違うホテルを探したと思う！！
