What an amazing staff! So kind, helpful, and happy. They helped me locate an item I lost. They were so patient and gracious! Excellent restaurant, wonderful pool and great balcony. My room was beautiful! It was large, air conditioned. Excellent location near everything. They set me up with a wonderful tour guide! Thank you for everything!

Amazing hospitality. Beautiful resort. Breakfast was very delicious. Staff was very accommodating as well and easy to get in contact with—also quick with needs and setting up transports and tours. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if to come back to Cambodia. Thank you so much for everything.

Politeness of the staff, they are all helpful. our room was beautiful and the pool was refreshing. very good breakfast with excellent choice! Highly recommend this place.

Excelente relação qualidade preço

Excelente hotel, com quartos amplos, limpos, cama firme. Café da manhã incluído com opções variadas, ocidentais e orientais. Destaco também a qualidade e preço do restaurante do hotel. O chef merece os parabéns. Fizemos várias massagens também de excelente qualidade. Além disso, é possível organizar tours privados diretamente no hotel. Voltaria com certeza.

The staff were incredible, very helpful and so friendly. The pool and restaurant are very nice, but the rooms could be improved. Very hard beds, showers constructed so water flows to the rest of the bathroom. We used pool towels to keep the water in check. That said, we really enjoyed our time there, excellent food and the BEST staff.

The Staff and housekeepers are the greatest assets of this place. No matter housekeeping clean the place, it won't look clean because it's very outdated. Linens are ok, food ok. Kudos to Kim who is very knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff are willing to help with enthusiasm.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and very hospitable! They made us feel so welcome in Cambodia. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I look forward to going back again one day.

This is misleadingly listed as a 4 Star property but actually it is a small 3 floor (32 rooms) boutique hotel property with no elevator. We booked a family room, which was listed as 1000 sq feet only to get a 400 sq feet room. It lacked space in bedrooms for storage, no area to work on laptops and no power plugs near the beds to charge. The small step between master BR and small BR is safety hazard one can easily trip over as it is not obvious. The bathrooms is just a shower stand with just a peg and no space to keep fresh change clothes etc. Also the room was filled with mosquitoes. The listing says 5 spa rooms, they have one. The property is marketed with a lot of inaccuracies . Confusing Payment options on expedia- with reserve and pay later option, it is unclear if there is cancellation fee or it is refundable. You should explicitly state "Cancellation fee exists/Non-refundable, but you can pay at the hotel" or "No Cancellation fee till XX date/Fully refundable till XX date and you can pay at the hotel". The Customer service over email was prompt but did not answer if I can get an early check in and disappointed me when I landed. On the positives, the staff is very earnest and helpful. They arranged a good driver for tours and also helped get mosquito coils.The beds comfortable and linen clean. The restaurant food is good, but on the expensive side to pub street. The manager accepted the feedback, provided a discount to compensate and said he will act on them.

Stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the amenities. Very nice room, gorgeous pool, lovely staff who learned our names right away and used them in our interactions (a great personal touch!). Had a gorgeous massage in their spa. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the hotel for two nights with my wife and two children during our visit to Siem Reap. Very reasonably priced. Staff were always friendly. We got to the hotel about 9:30am, and they allowed us to check in early without an extra cost (usually hotels can hit you up with this). Kim was excellent - explained everything as soon as we checked in, gave us hot towels. Hotel is not very far from the temples, and 10mins tuk tuk ride to pub street. I would highly recommend them.

Unassuming from the outside, the eOcambo Resort & Spa is bound to exceed the expectation of many guests. The room is clean, elegant, and spacious. The hotel staff, especially Kim and Army, are super nice and friendly. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the staff at this hotel are doing their best to make sure that you will have a good stay. The hotel restaurant offers both authentic Cambodian and American food. If you would like to try Cambodian street food, you just need a two-dollar Tuk Tuk ride. The room price is very reasonable. They also offer free airport pickup which sweetens the deal.

We stayed there for three nights and we can say that it was good. Located at a strategic place and only 10 minutes walk to Pub Street. Breakfast was good and the staff were polite and friendly. Overall, a comfortable place to stay if you're in Siem Reap.

The hotel's Kim is super helpful and very friendly! The room was amazing, clean and beautiful! Breakfast food was also very good! The location is very close to Pub Street and it takes only 5 minutes by tricycle. This living experience is amazing!

The eOcambo Resort was my little piece of heaven while visiting Siem Reap. This boutique hotel is small enough so you feel like a special VIP guest but big enough to run everything smoothly! Our room was beautiful and right next to the pool. The staff was amazing: friendly and professional and always one step ahead. Loved waking up to Amy and kim’s lovely smiling faces and attentive service each morning at the breakfast and feeling well looked after by Panha and Ratha in the evenings with happy hour drinks and dinner. Food was fresh and delicious and catered well for my dietary needs. The rooms were well looked after and beds incredibly comfortable. I will be back very soon!

The location is excellent, a 10 minute walk to the night market and pub street. Or better yet, a $2 tuk-tuk ride. The included breakfast is part buffet/part menu, and yummy. The spa services were nice, and we could walk-in for massage every day. The staff make this place amazing, they are just lovely people set on making your stay great. We enjoyed drinks poolside every afternoon after long hot days of temple touring. We would absolutely stay here again! eOcambo Resort & Spa

Stayed 4 nights at the hotel. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Great buffet breakfast. The restaurant for lunch or dinner is also recommended as it has the best Lok Lak in Siem Reap They can organise all tours and transfers to airport. Convenient location to pub street

A very pleasant stay in eOcambo Resort and Spa. Their staff are fantastic, my room included complimentary transfer from airport. I was ask the driver is there any convenience stores in the airport, and he drive me to a local supermarket since there’s no convenience store at the airport. He was so nice to introduce Siem Reap to me. All of the staffs in front desk were very nice and helpful. Wanna highly the staffs inside the restaurant, they are very friendly and efficient.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s less than a 5 minute walking distance a to the main market area/ pub street. If it were any closer, it would be impossible to get any sleep due to the loud music. The customer service is also great, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us good tips about things to go but are not pushy. If you’re going to be in Siam Reap, make sure you visit the nearby Killing Fields and War Museum!

The rooms are new, clean and in tip top conditions. Swimming pool, full amenities include safe, mini fridge, hair blowers made us feel totally at home and very very comfortable. Not to mention stable in-room wi-fi! Breakfast, a sumptuos local and western menu, is served at their restaurant in a cosy modern furnishing that let guests enjoy the morning sun. The hotel staff are well-mannered and attentive. Special shoutout to Ms Amy who is so friendly and helpful to our needs and gave good recommendations to enjoying Siem Reap. 5 stars!
