Miss Alessia in front desk was very friendly and helpful. She connect us with Whatsup, said many times “no worry” with smile, arranged taxi for our early morning departure, and prepare our breakfast in a box. Once meeting a hotel staff like Alessia as if we had a daughter in Italy, we really felt home. Highly recommended everyone to this hotel. Thanks so much for what you did for us, Alessia!

Solo traveler staying one night and I had a single room. My room was in the other building which is old and the carpets are dirty/worn. The room was very very basic and small. The bed was narrow, hard and the pillows uncomfortable. If you move around a lot, you may fall off, the blankets did. I wonder if the other rooms were a little more comfortable and updated. The nearest restaurant is a 20 minute walk away and so are the stores if you want to purchase food. On a good note, the morning breakfast was fresh and filling. The front receptionist was lovely and helpful and provided information on a restaurant for dinner the night before and arranged a taxi for me in the morning. I only stayed the one night as I was continuing on with my travels.

Struttura classica molto vicina al centro di Siena, parcheggio interno un po' stretto e camere con materasso troppo duri. Esperienza nel complesso piacevole.
