"Stayed at Sangallo Park Hotel and it was a solid choice. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Breakfast had good variety with both hot and cold options. Only downside is the location, not in the city center so you’ll need transport. Overall good value and would stay again."

"No A/C even though explicitly stated. And then because of the no A/C, was required to leave the windows open so was frequently woken up by tourists on the streets, loud cars/motorcycles and the church bells at 7:30am. "

"It was very close to the City Center and also to a bus stop. We had no car so this came in handy. They were awesome about calling us taxi’s and giving directions and recommendations for places to eat and recommending a cooking class. Breakfast was nice. The only thing they did not have were wash cloths. We use them in the States. I didn’t ask nor did I see any in a cart so I thought possibly just the culture in Italy. We did have them at our hotel in Rome. I should have ask so that is on me! The staff was incredible! If I were to travel to Siena again, I would definitely book this hotel."

"Classic hotel with a splendid view of the city center and churches above. We even saw a hot air balloon in the morning. Highly recommend."

"What a hidden gem! Absolutely love this place, i didn't want to leave. Great staff, everyone so friendly and eager to help. Great breakfast, just order the before and you've a choice of in your room, in the breakfast room, or on the terrace. It's about a 30 to 40 minute walk into Siena, and the little hill upto the hotel is a killer on the way back. But other than that its an amazing place. Ill definitely be back "
