"The standard room sold by Expedia is directly on the highway but customers are sold a tranquil “nature experience.” It is the opposite of a “nature experience”. The hotel should inform customers in advance that the rooms sold by Expedia are on the highway so they know they will hear traffic all night. The reception is as unhelpful and charged me twice. Im Zweifel weiß man von nichts und dort was zu essen zu bekommen, ist unmöglich wenn man kein spanisch spricht. Die Zimmer sind muffig, liegen über der Außengastro und zeigen zur Hauptstraße. Beim Laden des Handys haut es die Sicherungen raus und die Klimaanlage geht plötzlich an."
