Top Sierra de las Nieves Hotel Reviews

Don Carlos Marbella
10/10 Excellent
"Stunning property. Gorgeous views of the Mediterranean and Africa (on clear days). Pools, beach, and onsite restaurants were all top quality. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Would definitely consider coming back if we have the chance."

Hotel IPV Palace & Spa
4/10 Poor
"We did a two weeks vacation in Spain, and by far this is the most expensive hotel in the trip I had booked. The pool area and the hotel lobby is really nice and very well maintained. However, the staff are not helpful, at times not nice to converse with. Also VIP access is nothing on this hotel, they do not offer anything special for you. Also no amenities in the room. No shower caps, no boxed tissue, no slippers, no iron. Nothing at all. The facility seems like a time share hotel."

Occidental Puerto Banus
10/10 Excellent
"Great breakfast and location."

Benalma Hotel Costa del Sol
2/10 Terrible
"Oh boy, where do I start? 1. Check in was a fiasco. We specified non-handicap room when we booked. The first room that Fernando, the staff who checked us in, gave us, was of course, handicap. When we complained, he gave us another room, which is again, handicap. We complained again and he offered us a non-handicap room but it would be bigger, according to him so there will be an upgrade charge of 15 euros per night. We said yes but the room was next to a door being constructed and dust was all over, from the door handle to the floors. Worse, the room was not made. We have photos to prove. Rosa of housekeeping told us another room, same size that we booked, is available. We finally got the room that we paid for. Since the suggested upgrade did not happen, I specifically told Fernando that we should not incur added charge and he said he will make sure. When we checked out, guess what, the hotel was charging us for the upgrade. What??? When we told them what happened, they relented. 2. Staff was incompetent, specifically Fernando. Because of the check-in fiasco, he promised to send us a bottle of wine. We stayed 3 nights, but did we get the wine? NO! 3. Property was not clean. On day 2, ants started coming out of our sink. We have photos to prove. 4. Amenities were useless. Everything--- pool, sauna, spa, closes at 6 PM. There's a tub but no stopper so it's useless. Don't get fooled by this hotel's glitzy photos and ads. This hotel overpromises but severely underdelivers."

Wyndham Grand Costa del Sol

"Lots of space in apartment"

Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Osama was especially helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommended!"

Ona Las Rampas
8/10 Good
"Great location near beach / shops / restaurants/ marina/ train station. Lovely traditional feel to the place. Friendly helpful staff. Third time visiting this hotel. Point to note breakfast is not too good but the coffees and pastries were a hit. Also, on check out luggage room avail but no shower facilities other than the one at the pool."

Costa del Sol Glamping Village Fuengirola
10/10 Excellent
"We didn't expect there would be such in Malaga. The property was clean and the units have a small kitchen. Our boys had a good time. We'll come back when we get a chance."

Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Costa del Sol
6/10 Okay
"We got the remodeled unit and it was a nice unit. The only issue we had was the morning visitors, cockroaches. Each morning there are one or two. - We arrived after midnight. Front desk was excellent - Buy grocery as food is pricey inside the resort. - Court rental can get expensive. We weren't exactly there.for vacation. It was relaxing while we were there."
